All rentals include: unlimited high resolution photo sessions with a DSLR camera,
two 2”x6” photo strips per photo session (unless otherwise specified—we offer 4”x”6 prints, as well as
Double Printing for an added charge), customized photo strips, choice of backdrop, instant social media
sharing options, live SMS texting, email capabilities, on site attendant, a social media sharing kiosk, fun props, and access to an online gallery with your photos after the event.

terms of agreement
This contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between Scarlet’s Photo Booth (Provider)
and Kara Bloom (Client) the parties, for photo booth services to be provided for an event
taking place on 7/28/2016. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written
and/or oral agreements between the parties.
The Service Period will be from these times: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM with an idle period between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Provider agrees to have a photo booth set up at the above-mentioned start time. However, Provider will need at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the service period to complete set up. Provider agrees to
have a photo booth operational for a minimum of 90% during the Service Period; occasionally, operations
may need to be interrupted for replacement of the printer's ink and paper.
In order to protect expensive equipment, Scarlet’s Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse admission to
guests who are unruly and/or have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol. Should the Photo Booth be
damaged in any way due to unruly guests or negligence on the part of the client or client’s guest, Scarlet’s
Photo Booth reserves the right to terminate the service period without refund.
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event's venue. Client is responsible for
providing a nearby power source for the photo booth. The photo booth requires a 3 prong outlet from a
reliable power source within 50 feet of the set up area. The circuit must be free of all other
connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to improper
power is the responsibility of the client. The client shall provide crowd control if warranted and furnish
Scarlet’s Photo Booth with directions to the event. Client shall provide Scarlet’s Photo Booth with safe and
appropriate working conditions and a solid floor. This includes at least a 6 x 6 square foot area, in addition to space for a 4-foot long prop table, set up in relative proximity to the booth.
inclement weather: Client shall acknowledge that the photo booth cannot be set up in direct sunlight, due to the possible
overheating of equipment. For outdoor events, Purchaser shall provide sufficient protection from the elements. Scarlet’s Photo Booth reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions, Scarlet’s Photo Booth’s compensation will not be affected if operation is ended. Purchaser assumes all responsibilities for equipment damage suffered from
exposure to adverse weather conditions, and shall be charged for replacement/repair to said equipment.
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least seven days in advance of the original event
date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit (if any) shall be forfeited. Any cancellation occurring less than seven days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.
Client agrees to, and understands the following:
a) Client will indemnify provider against any and all liability related to Client's Event during or after
Client's event. Client will indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any
liability associated with Client.
b) Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken
within the Photo Booth it's representatives, employees or affiliates at Client's event.
This agreement is subject to force majeure, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, transportation breakdowns or
other causes beyond the control of Scarlet’s Photo Booth, and Scarlet’s Photo Booth shall not be liable for
the aforementioned and in addition, any failures of electric supply and/or air conditioning or any of the
above shall not be construed as a breach of agreement by Scarlet’s Photo Booth. If any provision of these

terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or
portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between
Provider and Purchaser relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing,
signed by both parties.
